This policy explains how Opus Room processes and delivers orders to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends, UK public holidays, or US federal holidays where they affect the delivery carrier.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Where we deliver

Opus Room currently delivers to the United Kingdom and the United States. If your delivery address is outside these countries, checkout may not be available.

Delivery charges

Delivery rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. The final delivery charge depends on your delivery country, order value, product selection, and any available shipping promotion.

If a free-delivery threshold or promotion applies to your order, it will be shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. As a guide, most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before dispatch, then delivered within the estimated window provided by the carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen because of carrier disruption, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or incorrect delivery details.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at admin@opusroom.shop. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has started processing.

US customs, duties, and taxes

For orders delivered to the United States, import duties, customs charges, or local taxes may apply depending on the order and destination. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at admin@opusroom.shop with your order number and any relevant photos. We will review the issue and work with the carrier or supplier to find a suitable resolution.

Opus Room remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.
