How do I place an order?
Simply add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I buy products individually rather than as a bundle?
Yes — every product in the Opus Room range is available individually. The Desk Surface Reset bundle is the best value way to upgrade your entire desk surface in one move, but each item can be purchased on its own.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We keep our pricing straightforward and do not run frequent sales. The best way to hear about any offers is to subscribe to our email list.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery. See our Shipping page for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Returns page for the full process.
What materials are used in your products?
Full material specifications are listed on each individual product page. As a summary: the Luxe XL Desk Mat uses premium Crazy Horse-style PU leather; the Solid Aluminum Stand is machined aluminium alloy; the Bamboo Cable Box has a durable ABS body with a bamboo-effect lid; the Adhesive Cable Holder Clips are ABS.
