What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. If you have changed your mind or the product is not right for you, we will refund your order in full once we have received and inspected the return.
How do I start a return?
Email us at admin@opusroom.shop with your order number and a brief note on why you are returning. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Do I pay for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For items that arrive damaged or faulty, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our returns criteria, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take a further 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please email admin@opusroom.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Contact us at admin@opusroom.shop if you need help with this process.
