We currently ship to all UK mainland addresses. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, or internationally at this time. We are working on expanding our delivery coverage.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Standard UK delivery then takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes — we offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50. For orders below £50, a standard delivery charge applies at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

Carrier delays occasionally happen, particularly during busy periods. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at admin@opusroom.shop and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible at admin@opusroom.shop. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot redirect it.
